What To Do If Your Order is Late

We work hard to get your order to you on time, but sometimes delays happen. Here’s what to do if your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date.

1. Check Your Tracking Information

The first step is always to check the tracking information sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. This will provide the most up-to-date status from the carrier, including any known delays due to weather or other issues.

2. Verify Your Shipping Address

Please log in to your account and review the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it is correct. An incorrect address is a common cause of delivery delays.

3. Wait 48 Hours

Sometimes, carriers may mark a package as "delivered" a day or two before it actually arrives. Please wait up to 48 hours after the stated delivery time before taking further action.

4. Contact Us

If you have completed the steps above and your order is still missing, please contact our support team. You can use our Digital Assistant to start the process. Be sure to have your order number ready.
