Shipping Confirmation Email
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email. This email is separate from your order confirmation and is the key to tracking your package. Inside, you will find a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website to view your package's progress.
Tracking from Your Account
You can also find tracking information by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to your "Order History," select the relevant order, and the tracking information will be displayed there.
No Tracking Updates?
Sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation. If it has been longer than 48 hours and you still don't see any updates, please contact our support team for assistance.
