Why Keep Your Address Current?
Moved to a new place? Keeping your shipping and billing addresses up-to-date is crucial for ensuring your orders arrive at the right location without any delays and that your payment information is processed smoothly.
How to Update Your Address
- Log In to Your Account: You must be logged in to update your account details. Click the user icon at the top of the page to go to the login page.
- Navigate to 'My Account': Once logged in, click on your name or the account icon to open your account dashboard. Select "Profile & Address".
- Find Your Address Book: Within your profile section, you can edit your saved shipping and billing addresses.
- Edit or Add a New Address: You can either click "Edit" to update an existing address or "Add New Address" to add a new one. Fill in the required fields and save your changes.
Important Note for Active Orders
Please be aware that updating your address in your account dashboard will only affect future orders. If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed but not yet shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
